Special hotel, good food, fairly friendly staff. The beds were a bit hard here, though it was a very pleasant stay all in all. The restaurants were great and for every budget.

The bathroom I had was too small.

Sublime hotel and fairly clean, satisfactory breakfasts, amazing location right across the street from the train station.

Location is great, very convenient for transportation with the train station and trams nearby. the old town is within easy walking distance, which was very convenient for exploring. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to accommodate some personal requests. Additionally, the breakfast provided a good variety of options and was satisfying.

One downside was the extra charges for some services, such as a late check-out fee. Other hotels during our trip offered this for free, so it was disappointing to have to pay for it here.

The hotel was cozy, clean offered savoury breakfasts and had an ideal location right next to the Florence main train station. We had a few hot drinks in the cozy venue’s bar.

I recently stayed at C-Hotels Diplomat in Florence for a few days. The hotel's location near the train station was perfect for my travel needs. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a window facing a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The comfortable bed and substantial breakfast provided a great start to each day. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful when I lost my card and promptly refunded the first payment. I highly recommend this hotel, as well as its sister hotel, Brother Joy, just around the corner.

He was incredibly friendly and gave us some fantastic wine recommendations.
